Chaun was on top of the project from start to finish and really facilitated the claims process. The roof looks great and the crew was very efficient and cleaned up afterward. We had no damage to any of the property. The project manager was on site and communicative. Raptor definitely made sure there was adequate labor and management to get the job done with a minimum of inconvenience to our family and our neighbors.

I contracted with Diego Garzon and Raptor Roofing for the installation of 2 storm doors. The work was expertly completed as scheduled within the stated cost. Mr Garzon even shopped for and delivered 1 of the doors. He was very detail oriented. He came highly recommended. I am very happy with the overall experience and would use him again. Huge thanks to Raptor Roofing and Chaun Seiple for my roof replacement. They also replaced a lot of the fascia, soffit, and windows that were in bad shape. I had a great experience with Raptor roofing. Their pricing was competitive, their communication was good, and their work seems top notch. I did have a couple of minor concerns after the job was complete, and the communication was excellent. All concerns were fully resolved very quickly. This can happen with anyone, but the speed at which they resolved them was exactly what i look for.

Such an amazing experience with Diego and his team. Our roof was 20 years old and we had tried to get insurance to cover a replacement previously with a different company and got the run around. Diego did all the leg work with our insurance, made sure he was present when the adjuster did our inspection, and really showed them the damage that they wanted to ignore. Hardest part of the whole process was picking out what color shingle to go with. The crew were amazing, on time, kind, and insanely professional. We have a dog and two small children, they were so diligent with cleaning up and followed up twice to make sure no debris was left. Such an amazing company to work with.

Raptor Roofing replaced the entire roof on the building of my townhome.

Supplies were delivered the day prior to the replacement. The day of, there was a crew working earlier than communicated the 7am appointment (at 6:45 am). Eddie Moreno, one of the owners, was on site while the work was being done. He is very attentive and personable.
