I can’t say enough about my experience with Raptor Roofing. My consultant Angel Manzanarez was great. We had 3 other roofing companies stop by to view our roof for weather damage. They only flew drones and found nothing. Angel came and physically went up on the roof and found multiple places that were damaged. We (Angel and I) called the insurance company the same day. Angel worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. Within about 3 weeks everything was approved, and the roof was replaced.

The customer service provided by Angel was top notch. He provided updates at least 3 times a week. He made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. The crew arrived at the time that was provided and had the roof completed in no time. I was very impressed with Raptor Roofing from start to finish. The project manager Andrew was also great! There was some damage to one of my new gutters caused by the team installing the shingles. Angel and Andrew made sure the gutter was replaced the same day before the team finished with the roof. I would advise anyone looking for roof replacement or repair to utilize Raptor Roofing.

Diego and his wonderful crew were the perfect choice for not only my roofing job, but also an expansion of the roof over my deck. Everyone who sees it says, "it looks like it has always been there" They were professional, efficient, fast and took the time to clean any and all debris from the yard, I have dogs, so I was concerned about nails, they cleaned up very well. They helped me get the deck redone and covered with a roof. It was also little touches like painting the white vent pipes black, so they blend in and not be an eyesore.
